Our Mission
To provide safe, reliable transportation to all community members to vital destinations through established commuter routes and demand response services.
Our Fares
Muckleshoot Tribal Transit is “Fare Free” service to everyone in all communities.
We are Accessible!
Getting on the Bus
All Muckleshoot Tribal Transit buses are equipped with a lift. All stops are available for customers using mobility devices. Exceptions are made when the stop is closed to all or when the lift can’t physically be deployed or it may be damaged in doing so. Passengers can expect to be asked to relocate from priority seating at the front of the bus to accommodate seniors and people with disabilities.
Wheelchairs
Reasonable accommodation will be made to allow all styles of mobility devices on Muckleshoot Tribal Transit buses. All buses have wheelchair securement stations. Coach operators are trained to secure mobility devices on the bus.
Announcements
Our buses are equipped with automated systems that announce the next stop. Operators will make the announcements in the absence of an automated system.
Service Animals
Service or guide animals are allowed on all Muckleshoot Tribal Transit buses. Under the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA), service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal or other effective controls.
